3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

Daily Deals Shop covers the return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, including defective or damaged items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not been shipped yet.
